Questions, answered

Everything you might want to know before your first delivery.

How fresh is the water when it arrives?

I visit the spring on delivery day, so the water in your bottles was in the ground that morning. Nothing sits in a warehouse.

Does the water need to be refrigerated?

Nope. It comes out of the spring cool, and it stays fresh for about a month. Just keep it out of direct sunlight and in a cool spot — a pantry or garage works fine. Refrigeration is optional.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No contract, ever. Cancel anytime. The only minimum is three 5-gallon bottles per order, since that's what fits comfortably on my route.

Can I change my delivery schedule?

Absolutely. Pause, skip a month, change your frequency, or cancel — just let me know and I'll adjust it. No penalties, no phone trees.

What kind of bottles do you use?

BPA-free, food-grade 5-gallon bottles. Same ones the big delivery companies use, without the middleman.

How does payment work?

Subscriptions are automatically billed monthly, and one-time deliveries are prepaid, both through PayPal. There's also a $20-per-bottle deposit on your first order, refunded when you return the bottles.

What happens after I subscribe?

You'll receive a link to pick your first delivery date. If you don't receive the link within a few hours, check your spam folder — or just reach out and I'll get you scheduled.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

No problem — just leave your empty bottles out and I'll swap them for full ones. If you'd rather be there, we'll coordinate a time when you schedule.
